The Health & Safety of our employees and the public is always of upmost importance for
Clear Route Limited’s Board of Directors.
All Clear Route Limited’s directors receive daily safety statistics and as part of our formal Occupational Health & Safety Policy have committed to:
- Comply with, and where possible exceed, the requirements of current applicable Health and Safety legislation;
- The continuous improvement of Health and Safety;
- Actively strive to secure the co-operation and involvement of employees at all levels in preventing accidents and work-related ill health.
Systems and certification
All our businesses have formal Occupational Health & Safety management systems. Clear Route Limited is officially certified to the ISO 45001:2018 standard.
The Clear Route Limited systems include a commitment to clear policies, an emphases on communication, raising-awareness, and for on-going training. Any projects are rigorously assessed for Health & Safety risks from Tender award to the final Handover.
We have a central Health and Safety team in place who provide a great level of support to all our staff and a comprehensive Risk Assessments booklet which is part of the Clear Route Limited induction in the form of Passport to Work.
Safety data
In 2020, our Accident Frequency Rate (AFR) was 0 reportable accidents across our entire workforce, a sector leading figure to be proud of, however Clear Route Limited is always looking forward, continually looking for ways to maintain and improve our safety performance.
Clear Route Limited has implemented strong Health & Safety reporting systems, collecting and analysing data so that any trends or potential areas of further improvement can be addressed.
